• Authentic stir-fried dishes like Pad Mameung Himmaparn - chicken, beef, pork, lamb or duck stir-fried with cashew nuts, pineapple, onion, green and red peppers in sweet sauce.


• Popular charcoal-grill dish, Weeping Tiger - marinated sirloin steak, grilled in a delicate Thai sauce, served with a specially prepared chilli sauce.
